Online group conversation class lasting 1 hour. Scheduling must be done through this website. Classes will follow the school's schedule. Absences will not be made up for, nor will credits be given. The goal of this class is to promote intensive conversation practice. The teacher will lead the activity based on a defined topic, allowing students of different English levels to participate. The idea is to encourage interaction among all, with the teacher acting as a mediator and students encouraged to practice their speaking skills to the fullest. Aula de conversação em grupo, online, com duração de 1 hora. O agendamento deve ser feito por este site. As aulas ocorrerão de acordo com a agenda estabelecida pela escola. Em caso de ausência do aluno, não haverá reposição nem crédito. O objetivo dessa aula é promover a prática intensiva da conversação. O professor conduzirá a atividade a partir de um tema definido, possibilitando a participação de alunos em diferentes níveis de inglês. A proposta é incentivar a interação entre todos, com o professor atuando como mediador e os alunos sendo estimulados a praticar ao máximo sua habilidade de fala.

Protocolo para Agendamento e Participação em Aulas 1. Sobre os Serviços Nossos serviços de ensino são oferecidos em três modalidades, e as aulas têm a duração específica descrita para cada tipo de serviço no momento do agendamento: Aulas de Reforço: Sessões online em grupo, com foco em temas específicos, previamente definidos e anunciados. Aulas Particulares: Sessões online individuais, com conteúdo e ritmo adaptados às necessidades do aluno. Análise de Progresso (Mentoria):Sessões online individuais, focadas em acompanhamento e orientação para a jornada de aprendizado do aluno, com base em um plano de estudos personalizado. 2. Procedimento de Agendamento 2.1. O agendamento de todas as aulas deve ser feito **exclusivamente pelo site**. 2.2. A disponibilidade de horários e a descrição detalhada de cada serviço (incluindo a duração e o formato) podem ser consultadas na plataforma de agendamento online. 3. Política de Cancelamento e Ausência 3.1. O cancelamento de aulas particulares ou de Análise de Progresso deve ser feito com no mínimo 24 horas de antecedência pelo site. 3.2. Aulas canceladas dentro do prazo terão o crédito devolvido para reagendamento. 3.3. Para aulas de reforço, não é possível fazer o cancelamento, pois elas são sessões em grupo com temas fechados. 3.4. Em caso de não comparecimento ou cancelamento fora do prazo (com menos de 24 horas de antecedência), a aula será considerada como realizada e o crédito será debitado, sem direito a reposição. 4. Validade e Vencimento 4.1. Todos os créditos de aulas devem ser utilizados dentro da validade do programa contratado pelo aluno. 4.2. Após a data de validade, os créditos de aulas não utilizados expiram automaticamente, sem direito a reembolso, transferência ou extensão.
